Quest Canberra

The 3 Reception staff during our 4 night stay were attentive, friendly and helpful. Compliments and thanks. The location in West Row is ideal for accessing Canberra CBD on foot. The one bedroom apt was spacious, clean and comfortable. The refurbishment of the iconic old buildings has retained pleasing architectural and decorative features. There is a large balcony with pleasing view. We had a carpark immediately behind the bldg or a very reasonable $20 per day. The nightly rate for the apt was very good value given its size and location

Each and every employee were pleasant, unobtrusive, and prompt, whenever we requested their advice and services. Great value and faultless, with their overall attitude when attending to our enquiries! The management and staff at this hotel carries the essential value of goodwill! Notably: The entire team at this Quest hotel have been: outstanding, authentic, down to earth, unpretentious, AND, in our experience, identifies the best template of what career hotel aspirants can use as a trianing benchmark for this varied, albeit challenging, industry! My stay was only a quick overnight stay however the apartment was very clean and comfortable it would be perfect for longer stays. The Executive 1 bedroom apartment has a roomy bedroom with a very comfortable bed and en suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. The living area had a very comfortable sofa, TV and a dining table plus a desk area. The kitchen was spacious with everything you would need to self cater if desired it also had a washing machine This apartment had a large balcony with a table and chairs which was a lovely space. Perfect location with a bus stop at the door and lots of restaurants downstairs and a supermarket across the road. I will definitely choose this place to stay next time I visit Canberra.

The location is brilliant. The rooms are perfectly good and very clean. I think they are still renovating- the kitchen and bathroom are new and were great. The furniture seems temporary and is perfectly fine. Parking behind the building was very convenient. The room lighting is excellent.

Location and staff were amazing. I have never had such friendly staff at reception as this hotel. The reception people were always so friendly greeting us and always asking if they could help with anything. Great location central to everything.
